About
Technical Product Manager building and scaling complex B2B and B2C products across fintech and telecom, working at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs and platform architecture — turning regulated, integration-heavy environments into scalable products. Currently at IC Group, he leads product development of a microservices-based billing platform (BSS, PCC, SMSC/USSD gateways, external operator integrations) designed for both internal use and commercial deployment, including its monetization strategy.
Previously spent three years at VTB Bank as Director and then Head of Department: built a 12-person product, engineering and analytics team and launched the Digital Profile platform from zero in 8 months, scaling it across iOS, Android and web with MAU growth; owned the digital product portfolio and aligned product priorities with the bank’s transformation strategy. Before that, at MTS he created the strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS digital identity platform in one of Europe’s largest telecom ecosystems, and at PROFLED led the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for lighting production.
Certified at the Professional Scrum Master III and Professional Scrum Product Owner II levels (Scrum.org), holder of six Google Cloud Skill Badges (Terraform, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, cloud security, networking, load balancing) and a Data Science Bootcamp certificate (Yandex Practicum).
