IAE Review is a peer-reviewed periodical published by the International Association of Experts. It focuses on theoretical and applied issues relating to professional verification, forensic science, arbitration standards, and the academic assessment of professional achievements.
Every manuscript undergoes rigorous independent peer review by two specialists in the relevant field. The journal is published electronically. Each article is released immediately after peer review is completed, without waiting for a scheduled issue. Every publication receives a permanent citation URL. DOI registration through Crossref is currently being implemented.
Authorship is verified through the IAE Registry and linked to the author’s member profile. This allows third parties—including academic institutions, courts, and employers—to independently verify both the publication itself and the author’s membership status through the public Registry.

Original research articles, analytical reviews, and discussion papers are accepted in the following areas: professional verification, forensic science, academic assessment of achievements. Authors must be current IAE members.

Prepare Your Manuscript
Length: 4,000–12,000 words. Format: DOCX or LaTeX. Language: English for peer review; a Russian translation may also be provided. Abstract: Up to 250 words. Keywords: 5–8

Submit It to the Editorial Office
Send the manuscript to: info@iaexperts.com. Use the subject line: Submission — IAE Review. Include your Member ID and preferred journal section.

Independent Peer Review
Two independent reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise assess the manuscript using a standardized Criteria Matrix. The first decision is normally issued within 30 days. When revisions are required, the review period may be extended.

Publication and DOI
Following a positive decision, the article is published online first as soon as it is ready, without waiting for a scheduled issue. A DOI will be assigned as the Crossref infrastructure is implemented. Until then, the article may be cited using its permanent URL. Authorship is linked to the author’s verified profile in the public IAE Registry.
