Member’s Status
The verification portal is open to everyone worldwide, including courts, government authorities, companies, employers, and private individuals. Verification takes only a few seconds, is free of charge, and does not require registration. Enter the member’s name or registration ID, or scan the QR code displayed on the certificate.
The Registry is now operational. Records are published as statuses are conferred and with members’ consent to the display of their information. Information is presented in a uniform format for all members.

How It Works

Search by Name or ID
Enter the professional’s first and last name or their registration identifier in the following format: IAE-XXXX-XXXXX

Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code displayed on the digital certificate. It leads directly to the permanent verification URL for the member’s Registry record.

Compare the Information
Compare the following information in the Registry record with the details presented by the professional in their signature or documents: membership category, specialization, current status.

Request Manual Verification
When a record cannot be found or the information does not match, contact the Secretariat: info@iaexperts.com. A response is normally provided within 1–3 business days.

What the Record Confirms
Possible Statuses
- Active: The membership is in good standing.
- Suspended: A temporary measure is in effect, or membership rights are restricted until an outstanding balance has been paid.
- Terminated: Membership has ended following the member’s resignation or a decision of the Association.
- IAE designations may be used only while the member’s status is active. The current status can be verified through this portal.
- The member’s current status and membership category: SM, CIE, F.IAE, or Prof.IAE, h.c.
- The professional specialization in which the member completed credentialing
- The credentialing date and registration ID
- The certificate’s unique verification URL and QR code
- It is not a recommendation or endorsement for a particular case
- It does not guarantee the admissibility of an expert opinion before a court or arbitral tribunal
- It does not replace an independent assessment of the expert’s impartiality or potential conflicts of interest by the parties
- An Association-issued professional designation is not a license or an academic degree

The verification portal is public. A Registry record may be checked by any person—including a court, government authority, company, or private client—from any country and at any time. The relevance or evidentiary weight assigned to a Registry record in a specific matter is determined by the party or authority considering that matter.
At a member’s request, the Secretariat may issue an official status-confirmation letter documenting: the fact of current membership, completion of the Association’s collegial credentialing procedure .
