Apply to have a record entered in the voluntary internal IAE-IPR Registry. The procedure records the submission date and includes independent collegial peer review conducted under the IAE-IPR Terms. Following a positive decision, a Certificate of Contribution (COC) is issued as evidence of internal professional recognition. The COC does not certify originality or priority and does not grant intellectual-property rights.

Only current IAE members may submit an application. The applicant’s Member ID will be verified automatically.

Important Notice: The Certificate of Contribution confirms: the fact that the IAE-IPR Registry received the material, the date on which it was received, its internal professional recognition. The COC does not certify: originality, authorship, priority. It does not grant intellectual-property rights or replace a patent, copyright, or any other form of legal protection. Submitting an application and receiving a COC do not constitute legal or intellectual-property advice under Section 9 of the IAE-IPR Terms.
