About
Alim Shogenov is a Principal Software Development Engineer at Innotech, specializing in web application architecture, performance, and accessibility. He has over eight years of experience developing software for financial services, travel, and education. His work includes VTB Pro and VTB Online banking services, the Tutu.ru platform, and educational systems at the Academy of the Russian Ministry of Education.

Innotech · Financial Web Applications
Principal Software Development Engineer. Development and launch of new services for VTB Pro and VTB Online, modernization of components and development processes. Work on VTB Pro includes codebase restructuring, performance improvements, and expanded testing. Promoted from Lead to Principal Software Development Engineer. VTB PRO is a customer service platform used by bank employees; according to a January 2024 CNews report, it handled approximately 400,000 customer tasks per week.
VTB Online at Scale
A product processing trillions of rubles in transactions: VTB's 2022 annual report recorded RUB 2.9 trillion in transfers and RUB 1.8 trillion in payments through VTB Online. By the end of 2025, the service reached nearly 27 million monthly users and 8 billion logins annually.
Digital Future of Education
Creator and developer of an electronic document management system for educational institutions. The project built on an initial prototype and individual components developed during independent project work. The system combines document storage, editing, transfer, and archiving with remote access. Its implementation reduced document processing time by 16% and improved users' access to document workflows. The project won Product of the Year at the Time of Innovations awards.
Tutu.ru · Digital Travel Services
Modernization of component libraries and core legacy code, development of new modules, and implementation of stability metrics. Work focused on application reliability and the usability of digital travel planning. Service scale: 27 million monthly users, according to the company's website; Tutu's operating company reported approximately RUB 9.7 billion in revenue for 2024.
