About
Design engineer and project leader with over 18 years of experience: from an ordinary designer to the general director of a design company in a regional center. Today he is Project Manager at Cristall Group LLC (Moscow): design and construction of residential projects — managing full-cycle projects, leading a team of 12 specialists, managing subcontractors, controlling the schedule, budget and quality of delivery, and coordinating the interaction between clients, contractors and government authorities.
In 2022–2025 — Chief Project Engineer at Smart Construction LLC (Moscow): design and construction of data centers for major Russian clients, full-cycle projects from the terms of reference to commissioning, with project values of up to RUB 45 billion, capacity of up to 82 MW and floor area of up to 50,000 m²; teams of 10–20 specialists and up to 10 subcontractors, working with clients, expert review bodies, government authorities and utility providers. Took over a data center project that was more than 6 months behind schedule — revised the work plan, reallocated resources among subcontractors and completed the project within the deadlines agreed with the client; optimized design solutions and reduced implementation costs by 10%; obtained a positive expert opinion and delivered the facility on time. Previously — Senior Project Manager at PETRUSCo LLC (a federal facility delivered on time), head of the design company Absolut Proekt (Volgograd) and of its nine-engineer design department. His portfolio spans residential and office buildings, medical facilities of various complexity, and data centers.
Author of scientific publications on quality, safety and risk management in construction design. Winner of the 2024 Global Recognition Awards; 1st Degree Diploma at the International Research Competition (2023) — first place in the construction research nomination. Lectures on engineering networks at the VILL international online school, serves as an invited jury member of the Interclover competition and as an independent judge of the Green Property Awards 2024. Featured in Stroitelnaya Gazeta, Komsomolskaya Pravda, the journal Design and Survey Construction Works, and Amazing Architecture.
