About the Expert

Engineer, technical executive, and federal-level expert in construction and the technical operation of real estate assets. He has more than 20 years of experience with facilities of various types and levels of complexity — from nuclear energy facilities and technically complex and unique structures to commercial real estate, industrial and medical facilities, as well as hazardous and highly hazardous production complexes. His expertise covers the full asset life cycle: development of technical solutions, design, construction and reconstruction, commissioning, modernization, maintenance, and engineering infrastructure management. With his direct involvement, more than 300 projects have been completed with a total area exceeding 1 million square metres.

Holds the status of Federal Construction Expert, APEC Engineer in Civil Engineering, and the highest “Professional Engineer” status of the National Chamber of Engineers. He is an Honorary Member and Chair of a regional branch of the Russian Society of Civil Engineers (ROIS) and belongs to Russian and international professional associations. He developed an original methodology for soil strengthening by jet grouting, which received an authorship certificate and expert assessments from international specialists; his research papers have been published in journals included in the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) list.

At IAE, he is a Senior Member (SM) and a member of the Supreme Attestation Council, conducting collegial peer review of candidate applications under the published Criteria Matrix in the “Engineering and Industrial Innovation” track.
