How to order a letter for a client

Three steps and up to 5 business days. The deadline is fixed when the order is confirmed.

Step 1 · 1 day

Send the case

The petition category, the beneficiary's field and the filing or RFE response deadline. Attach the beneficiary's CV and the draft petition or the RFE.

Step 2 · 1 day

Approve the expert

The secretariat sends an expert from the registry, the expert's CV, the cost and the deadline. Work starts after your approval.

Step 3 · up to 3 days

Draft and final letter

The draft goes to you and the beneficiary; one iteration of factual edits is included. Final: the signed letter, the expert's CV and the declaration of independence in PDF.

For law firms

Several cases at once

The firm sends cases as they come, and the secretariat handles each one under its own number.

Send a case
  1. Contact

    One secretariat for all cases

The IAE secretariat handles all of the firm's cases, and the emails on each case stay in one thread.

  2. Number

    A number for each case

The case number appears in the email subject, in the letter and in the invoice.

  3. Batch
