RFE and NOID responses

A targeted expert opinion letter addressing the USCIS officer's findings. A Request for Evidence is not a denial but a list of specific doubts: the letter is built around the text of the RFE and answers every finding within the expert's field.

Priority queue · Draft reviewed with your attorney

up to 5
business days standard turnaround, checked against the RFE response deadline
48 h
rush option in the priority queue, counted from order confirmation
up to 15
pages of the letter with point-by-point answers and references to the case file

Point-by-point answers, not a letter of merit

The officer expects evidence on the points named.

Breaking down the officer's wording

Breaking down the officer's wording

The text of the request is split into separate findings. The expert takes the points within their field; legal points stay with the attorney.

An answer to every point

An answer to every point

A general letter about achievements does not address the doubts named. The letter is divided into sections by finding, each with references to the evidence in the case file.

Review with the attorney

Review with the attorney

The attorney prepares the legal part of the response; the expert covers the factual and industry part. The draft goes to the attorney, and revisions before signing are included.

Typical officer findings

Five categories and the case of several grounds: what the expert covers in each.

H‑1B

Specialty occupation not established. Analysis of the position's duties and industry hiring practice.

EB‑2 NIW

A Dhanasar prong in question. Strengthening the contested prong: merit and importance, the applicant's position, or the balance of interests.

EB‑1A and O‑1

Criteria and the significance of achievements. Assessment of publications, awards, memberships and original contributions.

L‑1B

Specialized knowledge. Separating company-specific specialized knowledge from skills common in the market.

NOID

Notice of Intent to Deny. The expert part of the response to the notice, point by point.

Several grounds

The expert answers every point within their field. When different specializations are needed, a second expert joins at the assessment stage.
