Three kinds of work

Review, out-of-court examination and specialist opinion. The format follows the task and the stage of the case.

Examination on the client's questions

Examination on the client's questions

Examination of objects and materials before going to court or during a dispute. The result is a specialist opinion with a description of the method and conclusions.

Specialist opinion for court

Specialist opinion for court

A written opinion of a specialist in the field on questions that require special knowledge: for court, arbitration, investigation or negotiations.

Review of an expert report

Review of an expert report

An independent assessment of the report: method, completeness of the examination, soundness of the conclusions, the expert's competence. Grounds for a motion for a repeat or additional examination.

What does the reviewer check?

A review answers six questions about the expert report.

Method

Whether the method fits the object and the questions and whether it was followed at every stage of the examination.

Completeness

Whether all objects, materials and questions were examined, with no substituted questions or gaps.

Soundness of conclusions

Whether the conclusions follow from the examination, with no contradictions or inadmissible assumptions.

Expert's competence

Whether the expert's education, specialty and experience match the subject of the examination.

Form and procedure

Whether the report meets the formal requirements and the examination procedure of the case's jurisdiction.

Final conclusion

Whether the report can be relied on and whether there are grounds for a repeat or additional examination.

How to order

Three steps from request to document

Deadlines are confirmed at order and depend on the volume of materials. For cases with tight deadlines there is a 48‑hour urgent mode.

Step 1

Request and materials

Send the report or the case materials and describe the task: what to check or examine. The secretariat confirms receipt the same day.

Step 2

Selection and confirmation

IAE confirms the format, cost, deadline and the specialist from the registry within one business day. You approve the candidate and the CV before work starts.

Step 3

Execution and delivery

The specialist prepares the document; the draft is checked for facts. The signed PDF is issued in up to 5 business days; the author is verified in the registry by QR code.

Expertise you can verify. The author, their status and attestation are open in the public IAE registry.

Verify an expert in the registry

Verifiable author

The Member ID and status of the author are open in the public IAE registry. Verification by QR code takes seconds and needs no registration.

Attested specialists

Registry members passed the collegial attestation of the council under the published Criteria Matrix. You see the candidate and the CV before work starts.

Independence and confidentiality

The specialist confirms in the document that they have no interest in the outcome of the case. Materials are not passed to third parties without your consent.

Who does the work, what the deadlines are and what the document confirms.

No. A review, an examination and a specialist opinion are independent expert opinions. IAE is not a law firm and does not advise on case strategy; legal questions are for your attorney.

Members of the public IAE registry with the relevant specialization: professors, doctors of science, holders of international certifications. The candidate and the CV are agreed with you before work starts.

Enter the Member ID from the document on the status check page or scan the QR code: the category, specialization, attestation date and record status open.

No. A review is evidence that the court or authority weighs together with the other materials. Neither IAE nor the reviewer guarantees the outcome or influences the decision.

Receipt is confirmed the same day; the format, cost and the specialist are confirmed within one business day; the document is issued in up to 5 business days depending on the volume. For cases with tight deadlines there is a 48‑hour urgent mode.

Through the form on the contact page or to info@iaexperts.com. Materials are handled confidentially and are not passed to third parties without your consent.
