The Association adopts its Bylaws

On July 2, 2026, the Bylaws of International Association of Experts, Inc. were adopted (document IAE-GOV-001, version 1.0).

The Association is a Florida not-for-profit corporation governed by Chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes. The Bylaws were signed by directors Sergei Voronin, Liubov Voronina and Elena Bersh and by Executive Director Sergei Tkach.

Article VIII of the Bylaws makes the credentialing council independent of the Board of Directors in quasi-judicial matters.
