IAE Review forms its editorial board

Sergei Voronin became the journal's editor-in-chief, Liubov Voronina and Elena Bersh joined the editorial board, and Sergei Tkach was appointed managing editor.

The board will expand: new members with doctoral degrees and confirmed international recognition are named after their appointment and with their consent.

IAE membership does not affect editorial decisions, and reviewers need not be members of the editorial board.
