IAE Review publishes articles by Tatiana Stetskaia and Aleksandr Vasilchenko

In the conceptual article "An AI-supported employee-driven performance management system: a conceptual model", banking executive Tatiana Stetskaia proposes an architecture in which an employee receives an interpretable performance signal before a supervisor intervenes.

In "A new approach to the data analyst profession: end-to-end ownership of analytical data flows", Aleksandr Vasilchenko, Lead DWH Analyst at Lotsiya LLC, proposes assigning ownership of an analytical data flow to an analytics engineer and sets out hypotheses for testing this model.
