About
Her career in insurance finance began in August 2008 in the insurance practice of the audit and consulting department at Ernst & Young, working with top-ten companies of the Russian market. In April 2010 she joined the Uralsib Insurance Group as chief specialist of the international reporting department, headed the department in 2012, became deputy CFO in 2018 and CFO of the group in 2022; the group was later renamed INLIFE.
She led a finance department of about 50 people serving two companies: life insurance and non-life insurance. She was responsible for strategy, modelling, budgeting, financial and management reporting, asset, solvency and product management, and for change projects: new standards, automation and system implementation.
Since November 2024 she has worked as an independent expert on two projects: PSB Insurance LLC and Rosgosstrakh Insurance Company PJSC. She graduated with honours from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in Finance and Credit with a specialization in Insurance and holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
