About
Engineer, technical lead and federal-level expert in building construction and technical operation of real estate with more than 20 years in the industry. He has worked on nuclear power facilities, technically complex and unique structures, commercial real estate, industrial, medical, hazardous and especially hazardous production complexes.
His experience covers the full life cycle of a facility: technical design, engineering, construction and reconstruction, commissioning, modernization, maintenance and management of engineering infrastructure. He has taken part in more than 300 projects with a total area of over 1 million square metres.
Federal construction expert, APEC Engineer in Civil Engineering, holder of the highest Professional Engineer status of the National Chamber of Engineers of Russia. Honorary member and chairman of a regional branch of the Russian Society of Civil Engineers. Author of a soil strengthening method based on jet grouting, confirmed by an author's certificate and assessments by international specialists. His papers are published in journals of the Higher Attestation Commission list. Since August 2026 a member of the IAE Superior Credentialing Council in the Engineering and Industrial Innovation track.
