About
Technical product manager who builds and scales complex B2B and B2C products in fintech and telecom at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs and platform architecture. At IC Group he leads the development of a microservices billing platform: BSS, PCC, SMSC and USSD gateways, integrations with external operators; the platform is used internally and supplied to commercial customers, including the monetization strategy.
Before that, three years at VTB Bank as director and then head of department. He built a team of 12 (product, development, analytics) and launched the Digital Profile platform from scratch in eight months, then scaled it to iOS, Android and web with growing monthly audience; he oversaw the digital product portfolio and aligned priorities with the bank's transformation strategy. Earlier, at MTS he created the strategy and roadmap of a B2B SaaS digital identity platform, and at PROFLED he led an end-to-end ERP implementation in lighting manufacturing.
Certified Professional Scrum Master III and Professional Scrum Product Owner II (Scrum.org), holder of six Google Cloud Skill Badges and a Data Science Bootcamp certificate from Yandex Practicum. IEEE Senior Member since 2025. Winner of the ECDMA Global Awards 2025 and the Project of the Year 2021 award by Global CIO for the best industry solution in the Banks and Investments (Client Services) category.
